Meet the technical founder behind NeuroStackOS. A full-stack developer and serial builder from Faisalabad, Pakistan, currently studying BSc Software Engineering at National Textile University (2023 to 2027), obsessed with shipping production-grade platforms across web, mobile, cloud, and browser environments simultaneously.

NeuroStackOS exists because I spent two years watching traditional dev shops fail their clients through vague scopes, missed timelines, and surprise invoices. The fix is not better talent. It is better process. Every NeuroStackOS engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price before a single line of code is written. That discipline is the product.

AstraZen — Marketing Director & Founder
Growth and digital services agency. Acquired 2 clients from cold outreach with no prior technical knowledge. Closed after identifying structural gaps in lead generation and delivery margin. The lessons from this failure directly shaped the fixed-scope, fixed-price model NeuroStackOS runs on today.
NuraSkin — CEO & Founder
Direct-to-consumer skincare brand. Validated content-to-commerce playbooks via organic traffic. Built early instincts for SEO, product positioning, and digital distribution that compound across every project since.
Arcade Hub + Early SaaS Portfolio
Shipped a featured Manifest V3 Chrome extension with 12+ mini games playable in-browser. Began systematising the SaaS holding portfolio that would become the NeuroStackOS studio model.
Publixion — Founder
Launched an automated digital publishing ecosystem integrated with LemonSqueezy, Gumroad, and Amazon KDP. 55+ live products, 4 daily social publishing cron slots via GitHub Actions, RAG-powered comment automation via Cloudflare Worker and KV.
MailBurn, Billr, SelfOS, FlowState
Shipped a full email-warmup SaaS (MailBurn) with Haraka SMTP, Dovecot IMAP, Hono API, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Flutter frontend. Built Billr as a multi-platform invoicing SaaS (React Native + Next.js + Cloudflare Workers + D1). Designed SelfOS as a 3-layer behavioral intelligence platform on 11-table D1 schema with 24 psychometric tests.
NeuroStackOS — Studio Principal
Pakistan-registered IT services studio serving US, UK, and European founders. Fixed-scope, fixed-price engineering. BSc Software Engineering at National Textile University (2023 to 2027), building in parallel with full academic load.

Personal Windows activity tracker. Electron + Node.js + SQLite + React/Vite desktop app with companion Chrome extension. Tracks active application focus time across sessions.
