After launch,
we stay.
Every NeuroStackOS project ends with a working, deployed product. These retainers keep it running flawlessly, growing aggressively, and scaling to meet demand.
How our retainers work
Hard Caps on Hours
Every plan has a hard cap on hours or deliverables included. A retainer without a cap quietly turns into unscoped custom work billed monthly. We track hours transparently, and if you consistently need more, we'll suggest moving to the next tier.
Simple Renewals
Retainers renew monthly via the same payment methods used for project payments (Stripe, Paddle, Wise). Payment is due at the start of each month, ensuring dedicated time is booked into our calendar.
Cancel Anytime
A retainer can be cancelled by either party with just 14 days' notice. We state this plainly in the agreement so neither side is ever locked into a contract that is no longer providing value.
"A retainer without a hard cap is just unscoped hourly work in disguise. We don't do hourly work."
Retainer FAQs
Common questions about our ongoing support models.
Before we write a single line of code, we document every feature, screen, and integration in writing. We agree on an exact price and delivery timeline (14 days for our flagship SaaS MVP). That scope is locked. You never pay a dollar more for the agreed work.
To protect your delivery speed, our core build stays strictly locked to the original agreement. Any additional requested features are quoted separately as an add-on phase or scheduled for a fast follow-up sprint immediately after milestone delivery.
We operate on a standard 50% upfront deposit upon contract signing to lock in your developer schedule, and 50% upon final delivery and project sign-off.
You do. Upon settlement of the final payment invoice, 100% of the copyright, intellectual property, and code repository access rights transfer fully to your organization.
Every custom build includes 7 days of complimentary post-launch bug coverage to ensure smooth operations in production. Ongoing monthly retainers for maintenance and continuous feature development are also available.
